Installed bucket elevator, spouting and grain bins

The work.

Starting with a bare site, the work brought together six bins, a receiving pit, an elevator tower, a separate dryer-feed leg and a blower system serving flat-bottom storage. Bin positions, tower foundations and conveyor connections needed to align from the beginning.

Layout before installation

The bin and tower positions were coordinated with the concrete pile locations and connected equipment.

Receiving and dryer feed

A receiving pit and main bucket elevator handled incoming grain, while two under-bin drags supplied the dryer-feed leg.

03 / THE DETAILS

Out to storage

The blower system distributed grain from the dryer to the flat-bottom bins.
